Its hardware represents the TOP of the range of numeric controllers “All In One” produced by us till now. It allows you to manage complex machines, interpolate and synchronize up to 16 axis. It’s adaptable for applications where the interface man/machine needs to be stressed thanks to it’s big coloured LCD display, with dimensions up to 15”, on which touch screen icons and activities are shown. You can connect a digital telecamera to allow the operator to supervise work in case of dangerous and not accessible areas. A common feature for all our controllers of the Power family, is the possibility to manage up to 4 CNC tasks at the same time, whose functions can be defined by the user through ISO and MACRO programming. ISO language is adapt for tools machine management because it has functions ready for use like for example emptying cycles, automatic connections, profiling, tool’s diameter compensation and the possibility to personalize G functions over 100 to make programming more intuitive and functional for the application. MACRO language instead is better for robotics and manipulation because it allows you to develop a user program very close to the machine’s functions.  Open Power M datasheet (908KB) |
